Kerman - Shahdad Kalouts Desert - Kerman
Day 1: On your desired date and at 02:30 pm in the afternoon, our
Iran desert
tour guide picks you up from your
hotel in Kerman and you’ll head directly to
Shahdad Kalouts Desert. After visiting Nebka park and an ancient Qanat on the
way, you’ll arrive at Kalouts desert. You’ll explore the desert, watch the
desert sunset, walk through the desert until it's dark, and then you’ll head to
an Eco-lodge in the desert. After having dinner, You’ll go out to walk again to
see the stars and then you’ll go back to the guesthouse to sleep.
Day 2: You’ll get up very early in the morning and go off-road for a couple of
kilometers to watch the Kalouts desert sunrise. You’ll climb one of the highest
Kalouts there to have a panoramic view of the desert, will walk through Kalouts
to the egg hills, salty river, adobe castle and then back to the Ecolodge to
have breakfast. You will then head to the ancient town of Shahdad to visit 2
more sights, and then back to Kerman.
